Preparing regular status reports on costs of the building works, regular site visits, attend project meetings.

Advice and negotiation in connection with any contractual claims submitted by contractors and disputes regarding extensions of time, extras, etc.

Measuring and agreeing final accounts with contractors and subcontractors.
