Joined Timms, Eida and Associates as a Senior Surveyor in September 1978, appointed Associate Partner in April 1985 and Senior Partner in 1995.

Wide experience in refurbishment and new construction projects with emphasis in the high quality residential, educational, hotel and leisure markets, including commissions in the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Channel Islands and the Caribbean.

Current commissions include many prestigious buildings with Grade I or Grade II Listed status and working for clients of long standing with appointments for both quantity surveying and project management.

Previous extensive experience in schools, local authority housing and University projects. - Assisting contractors in development of Design and Build Tenders.
